The problem of human perception

reality, ideas, peterson, perception, minds

In other places in this blog I’ve written about the problems of perception. I had said that people take what’s in their heads as reality. Of course, ‘people’ wouldn’t have liked that because they think that they know that ideas are not real. But actions speak louder than words.

In too many instances I’ve seen how ‘assumption’ based on what’s ‘in the head’, is acted on as if a reality.

Jordan Peterson digs deep into the problem, in his lecture of the century at University of Cambridge (UK) – November 2021. If you have dogs to bathe, move on swiftly. What – you expect me to summarise a video for you? You’re lucky you’re not within swinging distance of my left leg!
