I got this message tonight on the Amazon.co.uk platform. (2022-09-01 around 23:00).

The apology is rejected.
The action taken by Amazon is offensive and draconian. Why?
I have not been informed
1 – what is the unusual reviewing activity?
2 – If there was such unusual activity, precisely when it happened.
3 – what might have been so offensive that “all reviews submitted by this account” needed to be removed.
I demand –
1 – to be provided with all content that is found to have offended.
2 – to be given times when they were posted.
3 – to be provided with any IP addresses that may be on record, when they were posted.
4 – a full explanation of the proportionality of the decision from someone high in authority.
Vague, non-specific and broad brush responses will be taken as obfuscation and evasion of accountability.
There is no offensive language or conduct in this email.
